“I found the sheet music for “The Splendour Falls on Castle Walls”, which I'm fairly certain was sung on Speech Day in either 1959 or 1960. During the “echo” portion of the song, Agnes Clayton had two members of the senior choir sing their part from the little balcony at the back of the assembly hall.
